I wouldn't call myself a queen of lighting however; I'm still learning. Improving in art always is a continuing education.:)
As to where and when...I've been learning lighting through personal observations and conversations on physics. If you understand the why as to what you are seeing, you'll find it helps with lighting your own creations.:)
